Terms and Conditions:

1. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the registration form and ensure that the particulars contained therein are correct and truthful.

2. If payment of either the deposit or the balance is not received by the due date we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and non-refundable fee.

3. In the event of cancellation by the customer, there is no refund for the reservation fee. The payment to Centro Santillán is refundable depending on how close to the retreat you cancel. Please contact Gabriel for more details on this.

4. The customer shall keep Centro Santillán’s fittings, furniture and effects in a clean and good condition and shall replace any articles which are destroyed or missing with articles of a similar kind and of equal value.

5. We reserve the right at its sole discretion to terminate the use of the property or any of its facilities by the customer in the event of any breach of these terms and conditions.

6. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that he/she has all the relevant travel documentation to arrive at Centro Santillán. The customer shall pay for all cost regarding transport to Centro Santillán (flights, transfer, car rental, transport for day activities, etc.)

7. We shall not be held responsible for the delay or cancellation of any flights, trains, buses or other forms of transport.

8. We reserve the right to alter any facility accommodation or yoga activity due to circumstances beyond our control that make it advisable.

9. The customer must comply fully with all and any health and safety regulations introduced by Centro Santillán. The customer must ensure that he/she is medically and physically fit and able to use our facilities and participate in activities. Customers who have injuries or illnesses are advised to seek their doctor’s advice if practicing yoga. Even though safety is our main concern when teaching yoga, we shall not be liable for any injuries to the customer in his/her use of our facilities or participation in activities. A customer must always stop and rest if he/she is feeling any pain or sickness and inform the teacher of any previous injuries in the health form attached above.

10. We cannot accept any responsibility for the loss or damage of personal possessions or valuables of the customer.

11. Gabriel Maldonado and Eva Kiviluoma shall not be liable for any events beyond their control that affect the retreat. This covers natural disasters, war, ‘acts of God’, closure of airports, civil strife, accidents or failure to perform by third parties, lockdowns, pandemic measures taken by governments, etc.

12. We shall not be liable for loses, damages, injuries or illnesses which may be happen during the customers stay or travelling to and from Centro Santillán.

13. We strongly recommend that all customers have adequate travel, cancellation and medical insurance for the entire duration of the trip. As soon as travel details, insurance and transport has been arranged by the customer, it shall be informed as soon as possible to Gabriel Maldonado.
